This castle boasts four uniquely-designed bedrooms ranging in size from a spacious downstairs suite with an en-suite bathroom, to a cozy corner room tucked away on the middle level. It also has two upstairs “tower” rooms, a magnificent master suite and Princely upstairs boudoir each with an en-suite and private staircase.

The gated and secure 1940 square meter (a half-acre) grounds which includes the castle building, a utility building with a palapa roof, and the beautifully manicured wide-open lawn.

Samaná Province is on the far northeastern tip of the Dominican Republic. It boasts some of the country’s most beautiful and rugged jungle and hilltop scenery, as well as miles and miles of breathtaking, unspoiled beaches. The region enjoys both lush vegetation and stunning ocean views, and is an up-and-coming place for those in search of the next high-demand location in the Dominican Republic.

But the premier attraction here is the world-renowned spectacular seasonal humpback whale migration. Each year from about January 15 to March 31, humpback whales make their way from icy northern waters to Samaná Bay to give birth to their young before returning home in spring. They can often be seen from the shore all along the north coast, and especially in the Las Galeras and Samaná regions as they travel to the bay.  A true wonder of nature!
