These six lots are in El Frances, a small, ruggedly beautiful coastal area located along the main highway from Samaná to Las Galeras in Samaná Province, Dominican Republic. A cleared dirt road winds through the property; the end lot, number 6, is oceanfront. The other lots enjoy beach and ocean access. This location is ideally situated on the Atlantic Ocean, in a region known for its world-famous seasonal humpback whale migration from January through March; whales are often sighted just offshore along this stretch of coast.
