This spacious, beautifully built, decorated, and landscaped three-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bathroom hilltop home with eye-popping views in all directions is truly something special. From the time you ascend the palm tree-lined paved driveway until your first glimpse of the staggering views, you’ll feel surrounded by magic, as well as mature tropical trees and stately stone paths.

The home was lovingly designed and equipped for family times with features like a tree house, an infinity pool and Jacuzzi with Samaná Bay views, an outdoor wood-burning brick oven, a barbeque, and an outdoor bar and kitchen. Samaná Province is on the far northeastern tip of the Dominican Republic. It boasts some of the country’s most beautiful and rugged jungle and hilltop scenery, as well as miles and miles of breathtaking, unspoiled beaches.

But the region’s premier attraction is the spectacular, world-renowned seasonal humpback whale migration. Each year from about January 15 to March 31, humpback whales journey from icy northern waters to Samaná Bay to give birth to their young before returning home in spring. They can often be seen from the shore all along the north coast, and especially in the Las Galeras and Samaná regions as they travel to the bay.  A true wonder of nature in this high-demand winter tourist region!
