The downstairs living area has a cozy reading nook, another television area, and a dining room table that seats eight. The kitchen has an eat-at counter with bar stools, and high-end stainless-steel appliances including a dishwasher.

The house has vinyl hurricane-rated windows and screens on every single door and window. The small private pool sits outside the kitchen, and has an outdoor sink area. The expanded first-floor laundry room (it’s also a bathroom) has not one, but three washing machines, a clothes dryer, and an extra refrigerator and freezer! There are air conditioners throughout and four flat-screen televisions.

The cute ground-floor bedroom is designed for the kids with three twin-sized beds, and has an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. All of the bathrooms have bidets. Outside the bedroom is an armoire with loads of storage space; the bedrooms have them as well.
